Do you go out of your way to appear happy or positive?

No.  I am a naturally happy and positive person.  I always have been.

I am more cautious now about sharing my positivity.  Only because in the past folks mistaken my openness as an invitation for personal gain.  Now that I am older and wiser, I listen to my inner voice about someone before I let down my guard.

What does personal freedom mean to you?

Everything.

But I look at freedom like this;

Christianity says that God gives everyone free will.  Now in saying that, you will always have the choice to do as you please.

So the notion that anyone can take away your freedom is just not correct.  There is always a choice.  Even in physical captivity, you have the choice to either give in to your situation or survive with your soul intact.  Even in the face of death, you have the choice to either die with or without fear.

No one can take away your freedom.  No matter what the political, religious, or capitalistic icons say;

NO ONE CAN TAKE AWAY YOUR FREEDOM!

Emotions...

Posted on Nov 3rd, 2009 by TyViolet : Violet Yellow Clairvouyant TyViolet
Owhp

The older I get, the more I understand the strength and power of emotions.  I know it sounds a bit cliché' but it is true.  I have never taken the time to sit and examine my emotional range until recently.  And boy was I surprised at the extreme swings that my emotions posses.

For decades I thought that something was wrong with me.  I thought that I was crazy for crying so much or feeling powerful rage bubbling within.  My physical parents often shunned me and scolded me for not being like my "successful" siblings.  It would make me feel like a failure.  So at the beginning of my 20s, I entered into bad relationship after bad relationship.  And then I walked into a doomed marriage that lasted 7 years.  When that finally ended I was left to focus on me and my emotions.

My emotions swung me around like a rag-doll, crumpled me like trash paper.
My emotions lifted me up as high as the stratosphere, dropped me from the peeks of Everest.
My emotions broke my back, healed me, and broke it again.

Those emotions showed me the deepest, darkest, and scariest degrees that I carry within.  Which in turned opened me up to the lightest, eldest, and highest peaks that my soul possesses.

I wouldn't change a thing...

What is your favorite role to play?

Well, I have changed so many times in the past.  Once I truly learned myself, I notice a reoccurring theme through out my life.

I have a High Priestesses type of persona.  This is said without any ego.  It is true.

So I have made it a mission to nurture this part of me and become what I was meant to be.  In doing that, I have become more confident and I am happier than I have ever been.

Have a safe holiday everyone.
